Umpire Focus is not concerned with your gender, race, religion, orientation, political views, or any other identifiers; we want to lift up anyone who wants to become a baseball umpire and anyone looking to improve their skillset to advance to higher levels of the game. We offer camps geared toward lesser experienced umpires (the Hybrid Camp) while still going in-depth on both 2-umpire and 3-umpire mechanics, as well as other camps geared toward more experienced umpires (the 3-Umpire and 4-Umpire Camps). We understand that attending annual camps requires both time and financial commitments. Likewise, similar commitments are made by our instructor staff, and the staff size directly reflects the size of the camp class. While we expect to give you tremendous value for your dollar, the best way to keep your costs as low as possible is to reserve your spot early. Not only does this allow us to book instructor travel and less expensive rates, but also to ensure the obligated room allotment is met, which also keeps everyone's costs down. Sometimes a few late registrations may happen, and that is understandable but, in general, your pre-planning not only helps us, but also helps you. Don't forget that your umpire camp expenses are typically a tax write-off!
