By accessing this website and purchasing products from Umpire Focus and its related entities, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. 

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM AND INFORMED NOT TO USE OR ACCESS THIS SITE NOR TO PURCHASE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC BY FTFM AND ITS RELATED ENTITIES.

1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Umpire Focus website for personal, non-commercial private viewing only. This permission is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
   1. modify or copy the materials;
   2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
   3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Umpire Focus web site;
   4. remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
   5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and the License may be terminated by Umpire Focus at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Umpire Focus makes no warranties, expressed or implied about its products viability or the business opportunity and hereby disclaims and negates all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Umpire Focus does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

UMPIRE FOCUS DOES NOT HOLD ITSELF OUT AS A POST​ SECONDARY SCHOOL AND PROVIDES NO EDUCATIONAL STATE CREDITS NOR ANY STATE AUTHORIZED DEGREES OR CERTIFICATES THAT COULD BE USED FOR POST SECONDARY SCHOOL BENEFITS OR ALTERNATIVES OF ANY KIND. MOREOVER THE SERVICES TRAINING AND PRODUCTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO MAKE YOU MONEY AND YOU CANNOT RELY TO THE CONTRARY.

In no event shall Umpire Focus be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Umpire Focus website or use of its training and products. Even if some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you and such Jurisdictional choice of laws will prevail.

The materials appearing on the Umpire Focus website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Umpire Focus does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Umpire Focus may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Umpire Focus does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Umpire Focus has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Umpire Focus of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Umpire Focus may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use and you will be responsible to make ongoing and regular review of these terms.

Any claim relating to the Umpire Focus and its related entities website shall be governed by the laws, venue and Jurisdiction of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only.  Umpire Focus will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your making a purchase and/or becoming a member.  Any and all of your family and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.

• Upon purchasing a course from Umpire Focus, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters.

Single Camp Registration Refund Policy

The refund policy specific to Umpire Focus training sessions and camps is the following:

     1. Requests for refund made within 24 hours of payment/registration: 

• 100% refund of the purchase price.

     2. Requests for refund made outside of 30 days from scheduled start of training/camp:

• Refund of the purchase price minus $100 USD.

     3. Requests for refund made 30 days or less from scheduled start of training/camp:

• Refund of the purchase price minus $250 USD.

     4. Requests for refund made after scheduled start of training/camp:

• No refund of the purchase price. All monies paid will be forfeited or may be applied to a future Umpire Focus affiliated camp during the same calendar year.

Multiple Camp Registration Refund Policy

The refund policy specific to Umpire Focus training/camps purchased with "multiple camp, early registration discount codes" is the following:

     1. Requests for refund made within 24 hours of payment/registration: 

• 100% refund of the purchase price.

     2. Requests for refund of the first (of two) registered camp made outside of 30 days from scheduled start of the first training/camp:

• Despite price paid due to discounts, registration funds will shift to the second registered camp with a discounted retail value of $450, and refund will be in the amount paid minus $100 USD.
• Example: $700 paid for two camps; refund of $150 will be provided with $450 remaining toward second registered camp. 

     3. Requests for refund of the first (of two) registered camp made 30 days or less from scheduled start of the first training/camp:

• Despite price paid due to discounts, registration funds will shift to the second registered camp with a discounted retail value of $450, and refund will be in the amount paid minus $250 USD. If amount paid is less than $700, additional funds may be required to participate in the second registered camp.
• Example: $700 paid for two camps; no refund will be provided with $450 remaining toward second registered camp.

     4. Requests for refund of the first (of two) registered camp made after scheduled start of the first training/camp:

• Despite price paid due to discounts, registration funds will shift to the second registered camp with a discounted retail value of $450, and refund will be in the amount paid minus $300 USD. If amount paid is less than $750, additional funds may be required to participate in the second registered camp.
• Example: $700 paid for two camps; no refund will be provided with $400 remaining toward second registered camp. Additional payment of $50 will be required to participate in second registered camp.

     5. Requests for refund of the second (of two) registered camp made outside of 30 days from scheduled start of the second training/camp:

• Despite price paid due to discounts, registration funds will shift to the first registered camp with a discounted retail value of $450, and refund will be in the amount paid minus $100 USD.
• Example: $700 paid for two camps; refund of $150 will be provided with $450 remaining toward first registered camp.

     6. Requests for refund of the second (of two) registered camp made after start of the first registered training/camp:

• No refund of the purchase price. All monies paid will be forfeited or may be applied to a future Umpire Focus affiliated camp during the same calendar year.

For the purpose of refund requests, the scheduled start of each training/camp is 9:00 AM local time of the training/camp location. Requests for refund must be made in writing. Reasons for refund requests will be considered by Umpire Focus and all decisions are final.
